This Participating Addendum is available for use by (a) all departments, offices, institutions, and other agencies of the State of Vermont and counties (each a “State Purchaser”) according to the process for ordering and other restrictions applicable to State Purchasers set forth herein; and (b) political subdivisions of the State of Vermont (including, but not limited to, cities, towns, and school districts) and any institution of higher education chartered in Vermont and accredited or holding a certificate of approval from the State Board of Education (each an “Additional Purchaser”). The following products are included in this contract portfolio: Group A (A3), Group B (A4), Group D (Printers), Group E (Large Format), Group F (Scanners), Software, Supplies, and Maintenance Services. Managed Print Services are excluded from this contract. You can purchase products listed in these groups from this site or by contacting the Inside Account Manager. Volume pricing may be available upon request. Please note any products with the description of “Managed” or “Managed Flow” must be purchased with maintenance services and are not available for stand-alone purchases.
