This Participating Addendum may be used by all State agencies, Higher Education, counties, cities, townships, public primary and secondary educational entities, governmental boards and commissions, nonprofit entities established on behalf of public entities, tribal agencies, transportation providers under N.D.C.C. ch. 39-04.2, and the International Peace Garden. State agencies, institutions of higher education, cities, counties, districts, and other political subdivisions of the state, and nonprofit organizations within the state if authorized herein and by law. The following products are included in this contract portfolio: Group A (A3), Group B (A4), Group D (Printers), Group E (Large Format), Group F (Scanners), Software, Supplies, Maintenance Services, and Managed Print Services. Please note: State Agencies may only purchase from the following:
Group A, Segments 2 through 5
Group B, Segments 2 through 5
Group D, Segments 1 through 3 -Sub-Group D1
Group E, Segments Low through High
Group F, Segments 1 through 7
Devices that fall under Group A, Segments 6 through 7; Group B, Segment 6; or Group D, Segment 4, the Purchasing Entity must obtain written approval from Contract Administrator in the form of a Contract Exemption Request prior to order placement. Non-state agencies are not subject to this provision. Products may be purchases from this site or by contacting the Inside Account Manager. Volume pricing may be available upon request. Any products with the description of “Managed” or “Managed Flow” must be purchased with maintenance services and are not available for stand-alone purchases.
