This Participating Addendum covers the purchase of Copiers and Managed Print Services and is available for use by all state agencies, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions and other entities authorized to use state contracts. Product/Service categories include: Group A, A3 Multi-Function Devices (MFD); Group B, A4 Multi-Function Devices (MFD), Group D, Single-Function Printers; Group E, Large/Wide Format and Group F, Scanners; Maintenance Services and MPS. You can purchase products listed in these groups from this site or by contacting the Inside Account Manager. Please note any products with the description of “Managed” or “Managed Flow” must be purchased with maintenance services or Managed Print Service (MPS) and are not available for stand-alone purchases.
