The IT Hardware Express Procurement Option (EPO) is a competitively established vendor pool administered by the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) for the acquisition of information technology hardware. This EPO supports the purchase of personal computers, presentation and conferencing equipment, and enterprise‑level IT hardware by eligible state agencies, educational institutions, and governing authorities. Pricing is not pre‑established under this contract. Agencies must issue a solicitation to the approved vendor pool to obtain product configurations and pricing specific to their needs. All requests for pricing or configurations must be submitted using the ITS‑approved solicitation form, in accordance with the instructions published with the IT Hardware EPO. Vendors may only provide pricing in response to an approved and properly submitted request.
