The HP Commonwealth of Massachusetts Statewide Contract ITC73 IT Hardware and Services is the primary Statewide Contract (SWC) used by Executive and Legislative Agencies, Judicial branches, including all departments and elected offices, independent public authorities, commissions, quasi-public agencies, local public libraries, public school districts, charter schools, public hospitals owned by the Commonwealth, public institutions of higher education, public purchasing cooperatives, nonprofit, UFR certified organizations, cities, towns, districts, counties and other subdivisions of the Commonwealth for the goods and services covered by the Contract.
